COURT DOCUMENTS SAY KAN PACIFIC INTENDS TO TRANSFER THE RESORT LEASE TO IMPERIAL PACIFIC....THE PARENT COMPANY OF BEST SUNSHINE.SAIPAN ENTERTAINMENT SAYS UNDER THE SUBLEASE AGREEMENT...KAN PACIFIC MUST GIVE THEM 60 DAYS NOTICE AND PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF THE MATERIAL TERMS OF THE TRANSACTION.
