DPS SEEKS PARTNERSHIP WITH CHINA TO STOP METH FROM ENTERING CNMI 

Acting Governor Ralph Torres says members from the China Consulate in Los Angeles seek to provide more resources to continue investigations into unsolved cases.  DPS Commissioner James Deleon Guerrero admit safety is an issue but explains drug trafficking from China also needs to be discussed with the consulate.
