U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY CONCERNS GROWING ABOUT CUC'S MANAGEMENT

In a May 25 letter obtained by KSPN2, the EPA Manager of the Water Enforcement Section 1 Ken Greenberg says the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation faces potentially substantial penalties for the disregard of a court-ordered obligation to hire personnel in 3 senior management positions,
