The Deputy Commander of Pacific Command Lieutenant General Anthony Crutchfield met with Guam Congressional Delegate Madeleine Bordallo and Virginia Congressman Robert Wittman.  Crutchfield says the meeting was on a strategic level.

 

GOVERNMENT REQUESTS PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION OF 19-YEAR-OLD MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY STOLE JUDGE'S GUN

The Government asks the court to commit Gilbert Kaipat to the custody of the Attorney General's Office for placement in a suitable federal bureau of prisons facility in order to conduct a mental examination to determine whether or not the defendant is competent to stand trial.
