THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY AWARDS A CONTRACT TO A GUAM ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING FIRM TO CONDUCT HISTORICAL RESEARCH ON A POTENTIAL BROWNSFIELD SITE AT THE PINA PLATEAU ON TINIAN.
